Analysis

A solid foundation

The analysis phase is intended to create a complete overview of how the system will be used. The question must be answered: how will the UpBlue Platform support the processes and analyses? What KPIs will be steered on? What data needs to be logged for this?

Connect

Data from machines and ERP

Connections to be made are inventoried and set up. Not all machines can share data with UpBlue. If this is the case, contact must be made with the machine supplier to find a solution.

Configuration

Building the visuals in UpBlue and Power BI

When the connections are ready, the dashboards can be set up based on the collected data. The dashboards are build based on the established KPIs. The Power BI dashboards can also be build in this phase of the implementation. We work iteratively with the end users to achieve a good end result.

Training and use

Ownership in your own hands

UpBlue thinks ownership is key. The customer must be able to work with the platform them selfs. That's why this phase is all about training and using the platform, building dashboards and making connections. Of course, it is always possible to call in UpBlue for any adjustments to the dashboards or connections. During the training, attention is also paid to the best practices in the industry for analyzing the data.
